I've been a massage therapist since 2013. My massage style blends muscle-specific trigger point techniques with a deep flowing relaxing Swedish. As well as stretching and myofascial release to promote tension and pain relief. I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve their health goals, whether its providing muscle tension recovery for clients who have more active lifestyles, to helping the body get back in balance after chronic related stress. I use different tools to achieve better results, which include cupping, scraping, stretching and CBD.
In my spare time you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my family. I also enjoy reading, golfing, riding my bike, kayaking and practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
I believe our bodies are our greatest gifts and we must take a proactive holistic approach in order to live happier and healthier lives.
